The article studies the competitive positions of enterprises-manufacturers of building ceramic bricks in Lutsk and assesses the level of competitiveness on the example of one of the market participants. The market shares of the main manufacturers of building ceramic bricks in Lutsk were determined, a comparative analysis of their financial indicators, profitability and business activity was carried out, which allowed to specify the competitive position of MP "Flame", to detail its competitive advantages and weaknesses. The competitiveness of products was assessed on the basis of calculation and construction of the matrix of the "Boston Consulting Group", which allowed to determine the competitive positions of the main types of products of the main players in the market of building ceramic bricks. The calculation of the integrated level of competitiveness on the example of one of the subjects of the market of building ceramic bricks, based on the assessment of four groups of parameters: indicators of financial condition, efficiency of sales and promotion, production efficiency and product competitiveness.
