Complaints Policy

The Editorial Team of the journal aims to respond to all complaints in a timely and constructive manner, resolving them effectively. Each case will be considered individually, depending on its nature and complexity, and all decisions will be made in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Complaints or suggestions should be sent to the journal’s email address: e-f@e-forum.com.ua. All submissions will be reviewed within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the issue, additional time may be required to complete the investigation.

The complaint should be clear, concise, and provide sufficient evidence to support the claim of a possible violation of publication ethics. If possible, it is recommended to attach any supporting documents that validate the stated concerns.

In the case of personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the Editorial Board, the journal will respond with an explanation as to why the complaint falls outside the journal's responsibility. In such cases, the journal will not conduct an investigation if the complaints are made in an insulting, threatening, or defamatory manner.
