The journal is published on the material and technical base of the Lutsk National Technical University.

The fee for processing the article is paid once only if the manuscript is accepted for publication after review. Economic Forum journal does not charge a fee for submission or review. 

The publication fee is EUR 25. Doctoral candidates (third-cycle higher education students) who submit sole-authored publications are exempt from any fees (charges) for article processing, peer review, and publication.

The article processing fee covers the following costs:

• editing the text part of the manuscript;
• proofreading the style and grammar of the manuscript;
• layout of the English version of the article;
• professional translationand and literary proofreading in English;
• processing of figures and typing of text on graphs;
• checking the relevance of the sources to the research topic, preparing bibliographic descriptions in accordance with APA;
• assignment of DOI to the manuscript.
