Today, the importance of logistics strategy among the functional strategies of the enterprise is increasing. After all, the logistics system determines not only the course of processes in the operational sphere, but also influences the formation of most of the company's goals and strategies. The purpose of the article is to reveal the criteria for choosing logistics strategies and to identify the factor influencing the efficiency of logistics systems in the enterprise to ensure its competitiveness in modern business conditions. It is established that the competitive logistics strategy of the enterprise is a well-thought-out, planned and effectively implemented activity that is part of the overall development strategy of the enterprise for: coordinated in time and space procurement, storage, transportation, distribution. allows you to supply raw materials in a fixed quantity, range, quality, within a certain time, at optimal cost, to a certain point of the production process, and ensures the achievement of economic results and competitive advantages. It is proved that the main criteria for choosing competitive logistics strategies are cost reduction and differentiation of services. Therefore, when forming the logistics strategy of the enterprise should use the curve of dependence of the level of logistics services on the required level of costs, including their alternative combinations. Competitive logistics strategies of the enterprise are identified: cost advantages, differentiation of logistics services and focusing. It is noted that to implement competitive strategies, the company must have an effective logistics system. Its essence includes the assessment of the effect in terms of purposefulness in the context of two main dimensions. The first dimension is the market, aimed at forming the optimal value structure acceptable to the client. The second dimension considers the profitability of activities and the cost of their implementation. It follows that the criteria of purposefulness, market utility and sound management should be used to assess the efficiency of the logistics system.
