    Abstract

    The article substantiates the priority directions of balanced use of land. The basic socio-economic indicators of development of the Black Sea region for 2015-2017 years are calculated. Proposed guidelines for balanced land use. The regional peculiarities of balanced use of land are revealed. Grounded the importance of land management in the framework of balanced land use. Disclosed tasks to be achieved within the framework of sustainable land use
