Features of innovation management of industrial enterprises in consumer changes's conditions

The article describes the features of management of activity of Ukrainians’ industrial enterprises. The negative tendency to decrease the number of domestic industrial enterprises engaged in innovation activity was revealed and analyzed. The basic elements of innovation activity management were determined and characterized, which ensure the effectiveness of the development and implementation of innovations at the enterprises of the industrial sector of Ukraine.
