Analysis and forecast evaluation of fiscal regulation at foreign trade: Safety measurement

The complex study of the current state at fiscal regulation of foreign trade activity the state is carried out. It is proved that the existing model of development the national economy of Ukraine is characterized by a strong dependence on exports and excessive orientation on the import of goods based on the cumulative effect of the factors. The peculiarities of using the tools at economic and mathematical modeling – the method of moving average – are substantiated, since the main task of forecasting in the conditions at economic process imbalances is the reduction of unavoidable uncertainty associated with the adoption of future-oriented economic decisions.
