Combination of comparative analysis, expert method and method of main components in study of the development and security level of the social and cultural science of Ukraine

Given the importance of the socio-cultural sphere for the formation of conditions for accelerated socioeconomic development of the state and human potential, economic and managerial relations in this area become an actual object of research of modern scholars. A separate scientific task is to analyze the state of safety of the socio-cultural sphere, and especially the sphere of culture as part of the social environment of the state. The article proposes a methodological approach to the combination of comparative analysis, expert method and the method of the main components in the study of the state of development and the level of safety of the socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine.
