    Abstract

    Theoretical bases of motivation and stimulation of labour are expounded in the article. Leaning against the world theory and practice of motivation of labour, some methods of motivation of personnel of the developed countries are analysed and also recommendations about improvement of activity of personnel at the domestic enterprises are developed
