Economic essence of the notion of technological restructuring of the enterprise in the transformational changes

The article substantiates the relevance and importance of carrying out processes of technological restructuring of economic entities in the conditions of modern socio-economic transformations. A retrospective analysis of approaches to determining the economic essence of technological restructuring of the enterprise was carried out. The concept of technological restructuring of the enterprise was proposed as an integrated management process, which consists in individual and constructive updating of the production enterprise’s potential, which was connected with the technological transformation of production and technological means to modern and innovativeuniversal components of production
