Logistics outsourcing as a tool for enterprise management

The outsourcing market and the types of outsourcing services in the world are analysed in this article. The research Census of Manufactures conducted by the Industry Week was studied and the leaders in outsourcing consumption were identified. The peculiarities of outsourcing in Ukraine concerning the popularity of the areas of its application were estimated. The importance of logistics in improving enterprise activities was found out and the new highly specialized directions in logistics were investigated. The world market of logistics outsourcing in 2018 was analysed and the most common functions in Ukraine that are transmitted to logistics outsourcing were examined.
