Formation and development of legal competence of the company management company

The article investigates the current conditions of formation of legal competence of the managers of the enterprise. It is determined that legal competence includes cognitive, practical-behavioral and value-motivational component. The formation of components in two groups of respondents - production staff and management of the enterprise is analyzed.
