The article considers the processes of formation and functioning of social entrepreneurship and shows its role in solving social problems. The main goal is to study the vectors of the impact of social entrepreneurship on education, business culture, social policy, inclusive development and society in general. The analysis of theoretical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship showed the fragmentary nature of research, which mainly covers social entrepreneurship as an idea, as a process, as a means of resolving social conflicts. However, the realities of today (post-pandemic crisis, military aggression of the Russian Federation, socio-economic and political instability) make their adjustments in the public life of Ukraine. The urgency of solving this scientific problem lies in the need to change priorities and approaches to the formation of policies, strategies, mechanisms and tools for the development of social entrepreneurship. The research of the topic of social entrepreneurship in the article is carried out in the following logical sequence: analysis of approaches to the interpretation and definition of the content of social entrepreneurship; substantiation of the need to develop social entrepreneurship, confirmed by statistics, not only as a tool for solving traditional social problems (unemployment, poverty, labor migration of economically active population, disability, etc.), but as a means and mechanism for achieving sustainable development of Ukraine; research of chronology and stages of development of social entrepreneurship. The article analyzes and statistically proves the deepening of key social problems of Ukrainian society over the past five years (poverty, property stratification, unemployment, social protection and social security of vulnerable groups), which confirms the need to intensify efforts to achieve sustainable development in Ukraine support for social entrepreneurship. A study of the chronology of social entrepreneurship has shown that it is not just one of the modern tools for interaction between government, business and community, but forms a new culture, new standards of social protection, education, regional policy and inclusive development. The article shows that social enterprises are a powerful mechanism for overcoming poverty, empowering socially vulnerable groups, catalyzing social change and institutional change. The results of the study show that social entrepreneurship can and should become a platform for socio-economic development of the state, a mechanism for attracting, socializing, rehabilitating vulnerable groups, economic recovery in general in the postwar crisis.
